Evalue software reviews

Got the link and installed the software but got a warning that the code had been activated too many times. Sent company a screen print as they requested. They did not send another code. I emailed person I had been corresponding with to process a refund. Didn't hear back from her. Called the customer support number and was put on hold. No one ever came back. I hung up and called customer support again - no one would answer the phone.

I filed a dispute with my CC company. Very shady people. Stay away. Order windows 7, called the next day, since I was not a old customer, They were asking personal info about bank account. I own 2 large business and my wife works for one of the top ten as a VP, Never in my life have I seen such poor business practices. I have no idea if this site is really legit or if they have just a really good website and bought real badges from the BBB and mcAfee, but it seems to check out and they do have a phone number and claim a physical address.

Would be curious to know if they are the real deal. At first I was a little hesitant to order software from this site because the prices seemed too good to be true. After reading other customer reviews, I decided to purchase a download copy of Microsoft Project Standard to replace my current version. Later in the day I received an email saying that they were out of stock of the "standard" version, yet gave me a free upgrade to Microsoft Project Professional at no extra charge.

I downloaded and successfully installed a full retail version of the software. I am one happy camper! Purchased Office Pro download.

I installed the software and it worked for exactly 1 year. Then received a notice that the software could not be validated and therefore would shut down.

I've tried repair using the original install download but it does not work. I've tried calling the customer service only to find out the number is no longer in service. And I have also e-mailed customer service. I received a return email that said evaluesoftware closed in May I guess I am screwed. Never again will I buy an expensive product like MS Office as a download.

I will only buy directly from the publisher. Tip for consumers: Watch for other websites that promise reduced prices on copyrighted software. You may be buying counterfeit software. When I tried to activate the software I purchased from Evaluesoftware, the link did not exist. I tried to call and email the company, but it appears they are out of business. DO NOT believe the online reviews. Difficult process and rude, unhelpful techs.

I cancelled the order because it would not download on my browser. Rude tech wanted me to download a different browser so I could download this software. Very bad experience!

Previously bought Visio and Project along with Win7 without problems, tried for another copy of Visio and I'm told the code they sent isn't for any Office product. Very efficient. I purchased MS Office for business and they upgraded me to business plus. As I live in the Atlantic time zone I had to wait for mountain time for the order to be processed but it was very fast after 9 a. I really appreciated the helpful guidelines on the installation regarding the best web browser to use and other recommendations.

Without this the installation may not have been so smooth. Very satisfied. The software was shipped quickly and it worked fine, but we had to phone Adobe for support and were informed that our license didn't qualify for support because it was the "Educational Version"!

Very easy to navigate website. Good price for software package. Only challenge was time it took to download the software -- quite long. I'm up and running now. Programs work great! Almost every post, especially the 4- and 5-star posts, written on this site since July are fake and were written by employees of the company being reviewed. As far as the PKC versions, I can't say if there's any problems with those since I never purchased them. I have been email contact with katie evaluesoftware.

I have personally talked to Nikki, Alyssa. Office install no issues. Microsoft is not going to just say it is a pirated version like that unless you did not have. The article says they are in a medical office bldg. The medical bldg is next door, if you map and satellite, you can see this.

Very poor company, Order windows 7, can the next day, call up and want me to give bank info?? I have had good luck with them actually. I have ordered 4 times from them and all went through fine. I was able to register the software with the respective publishers Adobe and Microsoft and got the support I needed. When upgrade time came around, that was also no problem.

This is not to say that others have not had problems. As mentioned upthread, 3rd party resellers always come with a risk but for whatever reason, I did not have an issue. Now I have not ordered from them in almost a year, so my experience may be a bit dated. Maybe with the cloud format distribution as of late, this may be the way things are going in that companies like EVS will not be offering everything they used to.

Fortunately, I have full support for my licenses. Finally - and this is always worth noting - one really has to be careful about 3rd party, particularly OEM distributors. Even when you get a license, it may actually not be a true valid license. While it may work for that particular version, it may also not allow for upgrades and any level of support.

Buyer beware is always the name of the game. I looked them up under the Utah Division of Corporations business filings and both name reservation and LLC appear to have expired in I wasn't able to pull up much more without paying the State of Utah for stuff that should be publicly accessible and free.

Speaking from the perspective of a MS Partner and reseller, I'm suspicious of cheap software vendors. Generally, there's very little markup or profit on software sales, maybe they have volume discounts points or have an efficient and well run operation? It appears you have to download the software image and assume this is an OEM product correct? All that said, they are listed in Microsoft Pinpoint with high marks so you could make an assumption they are legit. It's not that more expensive to go with Business Open Volume licensing and you get downgrade and new version rights for 2 years.

You get a VLK that can be moved to any machine and makes software management and inventory much easier to deal with. No media needed and download anytime. Also, some of the stuff I see out there looks like it could be educational licenses so be careful to purchase the correct license for your organization.

This afternoon I was desperate for an Office download to put on a laptop that had to ship out immediately. Based on this thread, and the fact that they did at least post an address in the US and accept Amex, I decided to take a chance. Product key and download link were included right there, right away. Five minutes after I placed the order I was downloading, and 20 minutes after that I was packing the laptop to ship.
