We did that in lieu of a first dance. Then we did a mother-son, father-daughter dance. I had a lot of family visiting from Mississippi who had never had Indian food in their lives, and they loved it. That made me so happy. Then everybody raged on the dance floor.

Amy's favorite aesthetic aspect of the wedding was the lyrical cocktail napkins, because "we love music and they just made me laugh. Hors d'oeuvres at the cocktail hour included fried pickle, mini lobster rolls, and little steak frites.
