But given the ruthlessness of her undeserved ascent, and the manner in which she let her more talented former friend die in destitution as she continued to succeed despite any measurable talent, I felt nothing but revulsion for this horrible, horrible woman and her psychopathic absence of self awareness.
Then she begins singing. To hear Diana Ross strain and weakly warble her way through felt a little bit sad, and a little bit funny.
